• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our Platform.
• By using our Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• Users are prohibited from using the Platform if they have been previously banned or had their accounts suspended.

• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during account registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately at support@tsamym.com.
• User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
• Tsamym GENERAL TRADING – L.L.C reserves the right to terminate accounts that provide false information, violate terms, or engage in suspicious activity.

• Tsamym acts as a marketplace connecting customers with tailors and vendors.
• We facilitate transactions but do not guarantee the quality of tailoring services or products.
• Orders, payments, and deliveries are managed through the Platform.
• Users acknowledge that Tsamym is not responsible for tailoring errors, fabric quality, or service delays caused by tailors or vendors.

• All prices displayed on the Platform are set by tailors and vendors.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways, and Tsamym does not store payment details.
• Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
• The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
• Users agree to pay all applicable taxes, service fees, and charges associated with their orders.
• Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of order completion and will be processed as per our refund policy.
• Refunds may not be issued if the customer provides incorrect measurements, fails to collect the order, or makes a late cancellation.
• Tsamym is not responsible for any disputes between users and vendors regarding pricing or service satisfaction.

• Orders once placed cannot be modified unless explicitly agreed upon by the tailor or vendor.
• Users must verify all order details, including size, design, and fabric, before confirming an order.
• Cancellations after a certain time period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Tsamym reserves the right to cancel orders due to vendor unavailability, pricing errors, or fraudulent transactions.

• Users must use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• The following activities are strictly prohibited:
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or illegal transactions
  • We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform
  • Posting or transmitting offensive, harmful, or abusive content
  • Violating intellectual property rights
  • Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or manipulate Platform data
• • Users found engaging in prohibited activities may face account suspension or legal action.

• All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Tsamym or its licensors.
• Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or modify any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Unauthorized use of our trademarks or copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.

• Tsamym provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
• We are not liable for:
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Losses arising from errors, delays, or failures caused by vendors, tailors, or third-party providers
  • Security breaches or data loss beyond our control
  • Disruptions due to maintenance, system failures, or force majeure events

• By using our Platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
• We collect and process user data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
• Tsamym will not sell or share your personal data with unauthorized third parties.
• Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://tsamym.com/ policies and rules.

• Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for convenience.
• Tsamym does not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content, transactions, or security practices.
• Users accessing third-party services do so at their own risk.

• Tsamym reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its discretion for:
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Repeated customer complaints or negative vendor feedback
  • Misuse or abuse of Platform features
• Users may request account deletion by contacting info@tsamym.com

• We may update these Terms periodically, with changes becoming effective upon posting.
• Users are encouraged to review the Terms regularly.
• Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration before resorting to legal action.
• Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against Tsamym.

At Tsamym, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. This Delivery Policy outlines the key information about how we ship our products.

Once the payment is made, a confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt. This confirmation will include details of the transaction and serve as proof of payment.

If you do not receive a confirmation within the specified time, please contact our support team to verify your transaction status.

We deliver our products across all countries, with primary service within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). All deliveries are handled by trusted third-party courier services.

• Within UAE: Delivery will be completed within 1 – 2 working days.
• Outside UAE: Delivery to international destinations will take approximately 4 – 10 working days, depending on the country and location.

• UAE Deliveries: A flat delivery fee of AED 20 will be charged on all orders if the minimum order value of AED 200 is not met.
• International Deliveries: Delivery fees will vary by destination and will be clearly shown at checkout before payment is completed.

To help avoid any delivery delays, please ensure the following:

• Provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
• Include a valid mobile number and email address for contact.
• Be available to receive the package or assign a responsible person.

All our shipments are managed through reliable third-party courier services that provide tracking and secure handling to ensure your order arrives safely.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.
