Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: You may return products within 7 days of delivery.
  • Eligibility:

    - The item must be unused, untampered, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

    - Returns are accepted if:

    • The packaging is unopened, OR
    • The product is damaged, defective, or not as ordered.
  • Non-Returnable Items:

    - Custom-tailored garments are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect. Please ensure correct measurements and details at the time of order.

  • Return Process:

    - Notify our customer support within the return period.

    - Use a registered courier to ship the product back to us.

    - Retain the shipment tracking number for your records.

  • Inspection:

    - All returned products will be inspected.

    - We reserve the right to reject returns if the item has been used, damaged, or tampered with.

  • Shipping Charges:

    - Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Refund Policy

Refunds are processed for eligible returns and cancellations as per the below terms:

  • Refund Eligibility:

    - Refunds apply for approved returns (as outlined above) and eligible cancellations.

    - Refunds will be processed only after returned items pass our quality check.

  • Mode of Refund:

    - Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

  • Refund Timeline:

    - Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on your credit card issuing bank or payment provider.

  • Note: Original payment gateway charges and shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue is on our side.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. You may cancel an order under the following terms:

  • Cancellation Window:

    - Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production or shipping has not begun.

  • Custom Orders:

    - For custom tailoring services, cancellations will be accepted only within 24 hours and before stitching work starts.

    - Once tailoring begins, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.

  • Refund After Cancellation:

    - Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

    - Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on your issuing bank.
